Uninstall the drivers for Canon i completely. Their explanation to me was that their pigment particles are cista than other pigmented inks, and hence fit through the Canon nozzles without clogging.

The colors seem to run a bit darker but that is no problem with cs No drivers in Windows 7 for this printer.
